I bring nearly two decades of experience managing the details that keep organizations running: managing client and vendor relationships, overseeing budgets and accounts, guiding people through complex processes with patience and follow-through, and coordinating logistics across international programs and teams. I've worked as a director, an office manager, a sales support specialist, an international program coordinator — and more — which means I don't just check tasks off a list, I understand how the pieces fit together.

How do we communicate?+

Mostly async, through whatever works best for you — email, Slack, or a quick call when something needs more back-and-forth. We'll set expectations for response times during onboarding so you always know when to expect an update.

What if I need more hours?+

No problem. Hours beyond your package are billed at $45/hr, or if you're consistently needing more, we can talk about moving you into a bigger package — including custom packages for businesses needing 40, 60+ hours a month.

Do you work in my software?+

In most cases, yes. I work within the tools you're already using rather than asking you to switch systems — we'll cover your specific setup during onboarding to confirm.

What happens if my priorities change?+

Retainers are built to flex. If what you need shifts month to month, just let me know — we'll adjust where your hours go without starting the relationship over.

Unused hours don't roll over month to month, so retainers are priced to reflect the hours actually reserved for you. If you're consistently using fewer hours than your package includes, let's talk about right-sizing your plan.

Response times are part of what we'll set during onboarding, based on your package and needs — but you'll always know what to expect, so you're never left wondering.
